Lady Faye McDonnell

Alma Faye McDonnell has over 30 years experience with the Clark County School District.  Her experience includes public speaking, counseling and communicating ideas to both large and small groups, and one-on-one to individuals.  She is an excellent listener, and effectively communicates ideas and suggestions that develop trusting relationships.


First Lady McDonnell is a dedicated church worker.  She is the minister of music at Ebenezer COGIC, and is also president of the Women’s Ministries.  In addition, she is a member of the Nevada Ecclesiastical Women’s Executive Board and president of the Missionary Board.
First Lady McDonnell earned her degree in business from Capital City Business College, and she also attended Mason Temple Bible College. She has received professional and continuing education training in management and leadership.


Soon after graduating from Business College, she moved from Altheimer, Arkansas to Las Vegas, Nevada.   Almost immediately upon arriving in the city she joined Goodwill COGIC where she met and married her husband, Bill McDonnell, Jr., who currently serves as the pastor of Ebenezer COGIC.  They have been married for thirty seven years.  The McDonnell’s have two daughters, two sons-in law, one son and one daughter-n-law.  They also have nine grandchildren.


First Lady McDonnell is a high achiever and her motto is Just do it, and she exemplifies the Scripture of God that states, Whatsoever your hands findeth to do, do it with all your might.
