The Churches of Southern Nevada was first organized by Pastor Sam Roberson of Community Baptist Church. Pastor Roberson's vision was to unite pastors and ministries in order to provide support for some of our community non-profit organizations who were making significant contributions to the community we serve.  In 2010, a city wide revival was held at Second Baptist enabling Churches of Southern Nevada to contribute $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity.

 

In 2011, I was elected president of The Churches of Southern Nevada. My focus will remain on the continual improvement of this organization.  It is my endeavor to make a full commitment to the vision and plans that the Churches of Southern Nevada were founded upon.  I will take full responsibility to attain our goals and encourage others to do the same.

 

As we face new challenges in the community, I am soliciting your help this year. I am launching a campaign for pastors to pledge a commitment to the Churches of Southern Nevada. I need you to be a part of the process by praying and participating in developing strategies, affirming values, acheiving unity, and empowering others.
